I’m getting my braces off soon but my teeth are yellow,no matter how much time I spend on brushing them. Is there anything good that can help this?
i dont really want to get them professionally whitened because it seems too extreme.
Toothpastes/rinses recommendations would be great.

My gums inside my top lip are very swollen after having my teeth whitened at Sam’s Club yesterday. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this swelling, and how long does it last?

Is it a product used only by dentists? Or can you use it on your own as a home teeth whitening product like Crest white strips or whitening trays?
