Those are the least expensive. The second option is to have whitening trays made in the dental office that you buy bleaching gel and bleach at home. The most expensive option is to have your teeth bleached in office, such as Sapphire Whitening or Zoom2. That tends to be the most expensive. I know in my area Zoom and Sapphire cost anywhere from $600 to $900, while the trays cost around $300, and the strips cost about $40.
